Senior Corporate Pensions Manager, Part-Time 3 day week (ref: 74403). Hybrid London or South East offices 2 days a week.
In this senior corporate-facing in-house role you will shape and deliver future pensions strategy for this industry-leader.
Responsibilities
* As pensions subject matter expert, DB & DC, work with senior leaders and trustees to ensure a compliant, sustainable and engaging pensions offering
* Advise and influence senior stakeholders and trustees
* Oversee governance, risk and regulatory compliance
* Drive simplification and improvement of pensions processes and experience
* Manage relationships with external advisers and administrators
Qualifications
* This truly exceptional role, working for a paternalistic employer, would appeal to a skilled Pensions professional with in-house or consultancy-based experience
* Up to date knowledge of UK DB and DC pension schemes, legislative framework and emerging market landscape
* Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder and communication skills, ability to influence at Executive / Trustee level
