No two days look the same. You will:

This is a workplace operation, so you'll work 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends when required.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
* A genuine interest in an operational career within catering or facilities management
* Experience in catering, hospitality, FM or retail (ideal but not essential)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Willingness to travel across the UK and stay overnight when needed

The Programme
Our two-year Operations Graduate Programme is built for graduates who love fast-paced environments and want real responsibility early. You'll complete four 6-month rotations across some of the UK's most exciting workplaces, gaining hands‑on leadership and operational experience where it really counts. You could find yourself working with:

Rotations
We're looking for three graduates to join us this October. Travel and overnight stays are part of the journey, this is a programme for people who are up for getting stuck in. Rotations are regionally based, but flexibility to travel nationally (or relocate if needed) will set you apart. We operate out of the following regions and you will be asked to state you preferences as part of your application:
