While the packhouse runs May to November, during the off-season you'll be involved in prepping the facility and planning for the next year's production.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nLeading and supporting a team of 10 operators, 3 end-of-line coordinators, and 3 QCs (including a Head QC)\n\nEnsuring KPIs and retailer deadlines are met\n\nPlanning labour efficiently during peak harvest\n\nSupporting BRC audits and compliance requirements\n\nAssisting with both the technical and operational side of packhouse processes\n\nWorking with Marco detection systems and line manufacturers (training provided)\n\nAbout you\n\nExperience managing teams in packhouse, harvest, or fresh produce environments\n\nKnowledge of soft fruit, growing, or harvesting is highly desirable\n\nBRC audit exposure\n\nIdeally already in a Packhouse Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor role in fruit or fresh produce\n\nStrong communicator and hands-on leadership style\n\nIf this sounds of interest feel free to hit apply.
