Duties
* Perform general administrative tasks to support the Screening process, such as data entry, maintaining records and handling documentation.
* Manage phone calls and email correspondence with professionalism.
* Utilise computerised systems for efficient office operations.
* Utilise Microsoft Teams for various administrative functions.
Skills
* Understanding of GDPR and data protection.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with clients and customers at all levels.
* Ability to follow processes.
* Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, MS Teams, email and database experience.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is required.
