Deputy Manager (Clinical) – Nursing Home

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

A well-established and highly reputable care provider is currently seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the management of their quality-driven nursing home in the Didcot area.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Home Manager with the effective day-to-day running of the service.
* Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, ensuring high standards of person-centred care.
* Support with compliance, audits, care planning, and safeguarding in line with CQC requirements.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and proactive care culture.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, relatives, and external healthcare professionals.
Candidate Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
* Previous experience in a similar senior role within a nursing home environment.
* Strong leadership and clinical skills.
* Good working knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and quality assurance frameworks.
