Our client is looking to expand their sales team, with a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
* Drive business growth across EMEA, focusing on connected transport (rail, urban transport, commercial).
* Identify and win new opportunities, including managing RFPs, tenders, and PoCs.
* Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets; support contract negotiations.
* Contribute to strategy, providing market and competitor insights.
* Align with internal teams on product strategy and ensure smooth order setup.
* Represent the company at events and raise its profile as a technology leader.
Qualifications
* Proven record in B2B sales, public tender processes, and managing full sales cycles.
* Technically competent with excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
* Strong experience in the transport/rail sector or other related technologies.
