Responsibilities
* Researching and enriching CRM data using platforms such as LinkedIn, Cognism, and Endole
* Identifying data gaps and ensuring key CRM fields are accurately completed
* Supporting marketing and new business development campaigns with targeted data
* Maintaining the integrity and compliance of CRM data in line with GDPR
* Producing reports on data quality and campaign performance
* Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align data strategy with business goals
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience working with large datasets or in a CRM/data entry role
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
* A methodical and organised approach with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive, "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills
* Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
* Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism or similar (advantageous)
* A basic understanding of marketing automation platforms (a bonus, not essential)
