We are seeking a talented payroll director to join our growing Powered HR practice. This is a high-profile role within the team and will involve business development and client delivery responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payroll implementations, be highly motivated, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team is essential.
The Team
Powered Enterprise is KPMG’s approach for cloud-based business transformation, utilizing pre-designed back-office practices and a six-layer Target Operating Model. It helps clients make better, faster decisions, leading to quicker implementation and ROI. Powered Apps teams deliver this through a standardized model, leveraging functional knowledge and cloud application expertise to lead and support client programs.
Responsibilities:
* Lead high-quality payroll deployment projects.
* Provide payroll advice, optimize processes, and maximize payroll solution benefits.
* Advise on payroll transformation related to operating models and processes.
* Lead business development, sales initiatives, and negotiations.
* Support growth of the Powered HR practice through knowledge sharing and leadership development.
