About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. This full-time position offers the chance to make a real impact by supporting students with Special Educational Needs across Key Stage 3. Your role will involve providing tailored support in the classroom, running booster and intervention sessions, and helping young learners thrive academically and personally. Ideally, you’ll bring KS2 literacy experience, enabling you to guide pupils as they transition from Year 6 into KS3. A good understanding of KS3 curriculum requirements is essential.
