Comprehensive training and development programsDuties as a Van Technician:
Perform servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on vans and light commercial vehicles
Conduct both minor and major repairs to vehicle mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
Carry out vehicle health checks and road tests
Utilise diagnostic equipment for fault identification and troubleshooting
Assist with wiring, camera systems, and electrical repairs as required
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround
Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to team members and clientsRequirements:
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Proven experience working as a Van Technician or in light vehicle servicing
Strong technical knowledge across vehicle systems, including wiring and electrical components
Full UK driving licence
Excellent diagnostic skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
High attention to detail and organisational skills
