Helpdesk Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy Facilities Management contract based in Stratford. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills to be part of a fast-paced and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for incoming queries via phone and email
* Logging, updating, and closing jobs using the helpdesk system
* Coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works
* Monitoring job progress and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a helpdesk, administration, or customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience within Facilities Management is desirable but not essential
