Front of House / Kitchen Assistant
Location: Plymouth (supporting multiple sites where needed within 15 miles)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 2:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Front of House / Kitchen Assistant to join a friendly and busy team in Plymouth on a temp to perm basis.
This role is primarily front of house but requires someone who is happy to support in the kitchen when needed. Flexibility and a team-focused attitude are key.
Key Responsibilities for a Front of House / Kitchen Assistant:
1. Providing excellent front of house customer service
2. Serving food and drinks in a professional and friendly manner
3. Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and basic tasks
4. Maintaining cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
5. Following food safety and hygiene procedures
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
6. Knowledgeable in food safety and experienced in handling food
7. Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
8. A strong team player with a good sense of humour
9. Reliable and proactive
Food handling training can be provided if required.
A driver is preferred, as there may be occasions where you are asked to support at other nearby sites (all within 15 miles).
