Interim EMEA Payroll Manager
8 months via day rate.
Up to £450 per day.
Based in London, hybrid working.
Catalyst Partners are pleased to be partnering with a global retail brand to source an interim Payroll Manager for a approx. 8 months based in London.
This role is a unique opportunity to support the existing team and current manager whilst they endeavor into some complex projects.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee end to end global payroll across European entities.
* Manage a team of 4x.
* Operate as the main POC for global vendors.
* Remain up to date on European tax and employment legislation.
* Develop & train the Payroll team.
Requirements:
* Proven track record managing global / European payrolls.
* Experience managing a team and ability to upskill.
* Strong knowledge of European legislation.
* CIPP qualification preferred.
