Let us tell you a bit more about the role… As an Administrator you will provide a strong supportive backbone to the organisation by the delivery of highly effective and efficient transactional services which facilitates innovation and expertly transforms a range of inputs into high quality outputs to equip front-line staff with the resources to champion the best interests of children involved in family proceedings. Joining our Post Exceptions Team, you will help to support the smooth running of our services including some of the below tasks: Answering any queries regarding post received or how it has been handled – queries can vary from the call centre, any Cafcass staff, the courts, LA and police authorities Processing all post and emails that are received into our exceptions handling systems and inboxes Validating documents and uploading them to the correct case files and to alert the correct team for them to action Reviewing court orders for closed cases, checking if work for Cafcass is required Processing any returned post received back from the address or royal mail, and investigating why the post has been returned, alerting the appropriate people … and what we’re looking for.
