Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision:Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring a seamless guest experience and high standards of service.
* Team Leadership:Train, motivate, and manage the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Guest Interaction:Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
* Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal inventory for service.
* Health & Safety:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all food service areas.

* Passionate individual with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage sector.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
