The Role
As Group Credit Manager, you will take ownership of the full credit lifecycle across multiple entities in a hands-on leadership role.
You will lead the team, act as the escalation point for complex accounts and ensure the ledger remains robust and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a credit control team, setting targets and driving performance Take ownership of aged debt, ensuring strong cash collection results Manage key accounts and complex escalations Resolve disputes with internal teams to unblock payments Oversee legal processes for non-payment Produce reporting for senior leadership
What We're Looking For
Experience managing a credit control team, ideally in a group environment Strong communication and negotiation skills A hands-on, proactive approach Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
