The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in a career within Risk Management to join our diverse, passionate, and forward-thinking ZRS Property Team.
Candidates should have some background in Property Insurance, ideally through experience in Underwriting, Claims, or Risk Engineering.
The role is home-based, but successful candidates will be required to travel to customer sites within their region. It is an essential car user (ECU) position, including an ECU company car allowance.
We will provide a 3-month training academy to equip you with foundational knowledge to start your career in Risk Engineering.
This role offers a diverse and rewarding experience, with comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and provide technical guidance to our customers.
Zurich Resilience Solutions supports our clients and stakeholders with risk management solutions, including survey programs, account management, and technical advice.

What will you be doing?
* Conduct desktop and on-site risk assessments following global guidelines.
* Create professional risk assessment and improvement reports for stakeholders.
* Manage the progress of risk improvement actions within customer accounts.
* Collaborate across Risk Engineering, Claims, Underwriting, and other teams.
* Prioritize workload to meet customer and global requirements.
What are we looking for?
* Experience assessing property risks (fire, flood, security) from underwriting or claims perspectives.
* Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention for Property and Business Interruption risks.
* Professional qualifications such as Cert/Dip CII, TIFireE, or Risk Management certifications.
* Strong presentation and customer engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
* Ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
* Commitment to self-development and supporting others' growth.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency with Zurich Resilience Solutions offerings and identifying new opportunities for revenue.
