Konker Group is hiring a Planner to join a growing planning team in Cardiff.
Konker Group is a multi-disciplinary, employee‑owned practice with around 25 staff across two regional studios.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting with planning applications and supporting project teams
* Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
* Contributing to site appraisals, policy research, and design team workshops
What We’re Looking For
* Knowledge of UK planning legislation and process
* Hands on experience with planning applications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Passion for high-quality placemaking and sustainable development
