 
        They deliver fast-track restaurant rollouts and bespoke, design-led schemes for high-end clients — working with major F&B brands as well as independent venues. This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with fit-out or shopfitting experience who enjoys being involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from pricing and estimating to final accounts. The Role * Prepare Schedules of Works (Excel) from design drawings, including take-offs and quantities. * Price PQS schedules when required (most work is negotiated, not tendered). * Issue and evaluate supplier/subcontractor enquiries; negotiate and place orders. * Produce quotations using bespoke Excel-based cost plans. * Carry out value engineering and attend cost meetings with clients. * Update cost reports, variations, and job costing templates for live projects. * Review subcontractor and supplier accounts before payment. * Prepare and agree final accounts for completed works. * Work generally under JCT Intermediate terms (letter of intent or PO basis). * Attend site meetings nationwide (typically 4 days in the office / 1 day on site). * Report directly to the Commercial and Managing Directors. About You * Background in fit-out, shopfitting, or interiors contracting. * Experience with restaurant, bar, or hospitality projects preferred. * Comfortable handling both estimating and QS duties. * Proficient in Excel (cost plans, take-offs, schedules). * Commercially astute and confident dealing with clients and suppliers.
