As the Project Manager, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
You will be involved in:
1. Providing dedicated support and coordination for the Multi-Functional Team (MFT)
2. Support the definition and implementation of the MFT Strategy
3. Assist in prioritizing, enabling, and supporting Procurement MFT Projects
4. Support Call For Tenders and activities to select suppliers, contributing to Make vs Buy decisions
5. Help manage suppliers concerning RC (Recurring Cost), NRC (Non-Recurring Cost), Claims, performance, and the tracking of Risks and Opportunities
6. Assist with managing supplier demand, coordinating with the support Procurement Team of a subcontractor
7. Coordinate support for Tactical Transfers of Work for Programme Ramp up, dual supply, and de-risking goals
8. Provide support in leading minor modifications (minor mods) within the MFT perimeter
9. Assist in leading the resolution of MIP (Major Industrial Problem)
10. Support crisis resolution, including QSRs (Quality Service Requests)
11. Support Mamos (major modifications) and coordination of transfer to series in the MFT perimeter
Your skillset may include:
12. Demonstrable solid project management experience within a supply chain or manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace sector
13. Proven experience working on complex projects that involve coordinating multiple stakeholders (e.g., procurement, supply chain quality, engineering)
14. Experience in aircraft manufacturing
15. Exceptional problem analysis and solving abilities
16. Demonstrated crisis management skills
17. Ability to integrate and manage complex technical topics
18. Strong business and strategy mindset
