Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £23,887.50 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (flexibility for additional overtime required)

My client, a successful and well-established print company based in Letchworth, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in administration and has a keen eye for detail within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily logistics and supply chain function, ensuring the accurate processing of orders and smooth coordination of deliveries. You will liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency.

This position is also well-suited to candidates with experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Transport Administrator, Supply Chain Assistant, Distribution Administrator, or Logistics Support Officer, as these skills are highly transferable.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders and coordinate daily logistics activities.

*

Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to maintain records and support reporting requirements.

*

Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

*

Monitor stock levels and support inventory control.

*

Provide accurate administration support across the logistics and supply chain teams.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

*

Someone who enjoys administration work and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.

*

Ability to work to deadlines in a structured and organised manner.

*

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

*

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.
