BRAND MANAGER – GLOBAL FMCG COMPANY – NORTH LONDON
We are currently recruiting for a global leading consumer goods and homecare company, whose brands you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they own a number of iconic brands and their products are sold in over 100 different countries. This is working within their homecare section of the business which is all about product development and innovation.
This is a key role where you will be responsible for product launches/development, commercial focus and pricing rather than a creative role.
Role
* Manage full brand P&L, ensuring delivery of revenue and profitability targets.
* Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with global strategy and local market needs.
* Pricing strategy and portfolio architecture.
* Leverage research and data to understand consumer behaviour, identify trends, and inform decision‑making.
* Monitor and analyse market share, sales performance, and competitive landscape to drive actionable insights.
* Lead development of new product concepts and impactful marketing campaigns to strengthen brand equity.
Candidate
* Experience in CPG/FMCG sector.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commercial acumen and experience managing P&L.
* Creative thinker with a passion for consumer‑driven marketing.

* Basic Salary up to £60,000 (negotiable for the right experience)
