They would be pleased to consider Commercial Property Solicitors who are used to working with a quality UK based caseload in an established legal practice and who is used to networking, having access to commercial agents.
About You You will be an enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice to include: Commercial acquisitions and disposals Development Asset management Business asset sales/purchases The Role Our clients are looking for someone who is confident in dealing with a mixed UK client base comprising well established SME's, owner managed businesses, lending institutions, property investors and developers, as well as high net worth private clients, where you will be joining a team of skilled solicitors and support staff.
