Your impact:
As a TPM Engineer, you will provide expertise and direction for all planned maintenance processes, ensuring compliance, assurance, and reliability development both onshore and offshore. Your role is pivotal in improving asset uptime and achieving world-class performance. Safety, quality, and compliance with QHSE and technical standards are paramount, with occasional offshore mobilization to support maintenance work scopes.
The Job:
* Adhere to QHSE policies and procedures
* Build effective relationships and communicate clearly with stakeholders
* Ensure statutory compliance and certification across business systems
* Review and maintain data within the CMMS
* Oversee, motivate, and review maintenance staff
* Ensure planned maintenance complies with manufacturer recommendations
* Provide technical reporting and review asset reliability
* Monitor and respond to reliability KPIs
* Write/review mechanical maintenance procedures
* Attend vessels for auditing, inspection, and compliance reviews
* Provide technical assistance to offshore personnel
* Oversee commissioning and ITP of new or overhauled equipment
* Create and review RAMs, method statements, WIs, and PPMs
* Audit PPM schedule and technical QA
* Contribute to competency and training assessment programs
* Deliver Toolbox Talks and coaching to Engineers
* Perform pre-engineering quality checks of third parties
* Review reliability data and propose improvements
* Recommend and develop improvements to maintenance methods and equipment standards
The Person:
* University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Industry experience
* Certifications in relevant SME areas
* Mentoring/coaching experience in an engineering environment
* Experienced in project management review and revision
* Experienced in managing incidents, non-conformances, breakdowns, etc
* Six Sigma qualification advantageous
