The Role: Our client is seeking a Renewals Account Team Manager to own and drive the performance of their current and well established team. You will lead from the front - coaching, motivating, and delivering against ambitious Net & Gross Renewal Rate targets. You'll also retain a select portfolio of prestigious clients, ensuring we keep our best relationships thriving. Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of Renewal Account Managers. Drive monthly retention and growth targets (NRR/GRR). Deliver top-tier forecasting and reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director. Champion a solutions-focused, high-ownership culture. Lead on hiring, onboarding, and training future stars. Manage a small book of top-tier renewals-setting the gold standard. The Candidate: 5 years in Customer Success/Renewals, ideally in SaaS. Proven leadership and performance management experience essential. Exceptional communicator with a sharp commercial mind. CRM-savvy, metrics-obsessed, and solutions-oriented. Empathetic, inquisitive, and resilient under pressure.
