Following a recent acquisition, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Registered Manager to take full operational leadership of their Barry branch. Key Responsibilities Lead full operational delivery of domiciliary care services, embedding person-centred and high-quality practices. Drive the development of supported accommodation, from registration to implementation. Ensure CIW compliance, robust care planning, risk management, and safeguarding protocols. Build and lead a high-performing team, embedding their culture and values. Oversee rota planning, staffing, financial management, and performance monitoring. Act as a strategic figurehead-developing relationships with commissioners, CIW, and external stakeholders.
