Position Description

The Head of Regional Commercial Excellence leads efforts in commercial training, sales coordination, contract management, SFDC, customer experience, and tender support for the region. This role supports regional sales leadership, enhances sales team effectiveness, ensures compliance, and drives commercial performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Commercial Training: Develop and implement training programs, assess effectiveness, and collaborate across teams.
- Sales Coordination: Act as liaison between sales and other departments, develop strategies, analyze data.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, resolve issues.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer experience through strategies and collaboration.
- SFDC: Support sales force effectiveness and performance improvements.
- Tender Support: Oversee tender document preparation, ensure compliance, gather information.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in commercial roles, with training, sales coordination, tender management experience.
- Proven success in training and sales performance.
- Strong data analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel internationally (~10-15%).
- Willingness to spend significant time in Germany initially.
