Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager
Reporting to: Head of Marketing and Communications
Team: Marketing Assistant, Content/Graphic Design Assistant
Location: In term-time, mainly at Maida Vale School, W9 3HR. Other locations include Ravenscourt Park Preparatory School, Kew Green Preparatory School (including Nursery), and Kew House School. In school holidays, you can be fully remote
Start Date: September 2024
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (in-person during term time; remote during school holidays)
Holidays: 20 days initially, with an additional day for each year of service, up to 25 days
Salary: £30-40k
Overview:

This role is ideal for those passionate about education, from Nursery to Sixth Form and Alumni. You'll play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, social media, and traditional platforms. This position is designed to accommodate the unique needs of individuals balancing career and family, offering flexible work arrangements, including remote work during school holidays.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Communications.
* Create engaging content across multiple platforms to boost pupil and staff recruitment.
* Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
* Oversee the content management of our websites and digital channels.
* Conduct market research to assess campaign effectiveness and enhance engagement strategies.
* Support the planning and execution of marketing and recruitment events.
* Maintain a database of prospective pupils and alumni, ensuring regular communication.
* Foster relationships within the school community and manage media presence.
