Key Responsibilities
* Deliver LKQ Leisure and Marine's propositions to grow sales across all product categories.
* Creating strong leads and opportunities for all of LKQ Leisure and Marine channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity internally and externally.
* Identifying and developing existing, lapsed and new business opportunities within specific geographical areas.
* Conducting customer account reviews on a regular basis, with a focus on monthly spend, margin, credits, terms, maximising key product group opportunities and potential spend.
* Develop positive and professional working relationships with key internal stakeholders while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the L&M aftermarket.
* Participate in regional business specific customer events.
* Attend national and local training events.
* Visibly promote LKQ Euro Car Parts group values and act as an ambassador for the organisation.
Skills and Experience
* Proven 1 2 1 management skills and a track record of developing sales.
* Experience of managing a remote team/field based team/multi site management.
* Ability to strategically analyse sales data to identify opportunities or areas for concern.
* Excellent communications skills.
* Ability to interact and influence senior stakeholders.
* Be a self‑starter, work autonomously with the ability to organise diaries and work remotely with extensive travel.
