I am currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Programme Manager to support a complex in/outsource programme of digital systems within the public sector. My client has taken over numerous clinical services and now needs a digital programme manager to ensure all digital aspects are effectively led and managed. NHS / Pubic Sector experience in a clinical provider environment is preferred. Ideally you will have NHS experience of delivering the digital aspects of a clinical service transfer between providers and have worked at a senior level ideally 8d or above, ideally this will have been delivered in a Provider environment where you worked closely with the existing teams to ensure the smooth transition between organisations whilst ensuring continuity of services for patients and staff. Here you will be responsible for managing the safe transfer of clinical systems and digital tools between organisations, ensuring service continuity and uninterrupted access for staff and patients.We are looking for someone confident leading digital transitions, with a proven track record in complex systems change across health or public sector environments. Hands on, direct and strong but also a team player, commercially minded astute and able to push the goals despite some local resistance and challenging people. Must be able to build rapport and ensure the team deliver. Public sector experience preferred an understanding of childrens services is not required. They must have a proven track record of delivering the digital aspects of a complex transfer of digital services and a toolbox being able to show they have done something similar before, cooperative comfortable dealing with staff at all levels -friendly and outgoing but firm. It is important this is handled smoothly with no impact, and all digital concerns are identified and managed as required.
