About The Role Processing driving assessment records for all new drivers joining the business. Monitoring unauthorised use of vehicles - seeing through from start to finish Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance Ensuring drivers remain compliant by conducting regular checks on (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.) Answering calls and handling driver care complaints from start to finish Loading and dealing with NIP’s - Notice of Intended Prosecution from the police for speeding fines Weekly/monthly reporting on excel You Will Have The Following Skills Preferred Administration experience. Desirable knowledge and understanding of fleet processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office PC Literate Professional telephone manner Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) Preferred attention to details and accuracy Ability to organise and prioritise your workload and work independently.
