Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Newcastle-Under-Lyme for a Property Solicitor. The primary responsibilities include managing property transactions, such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The role involves liaising with clients, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting due diligence, and ensuring the timely and accurate progression of cases. Collaboration with other departments and maintaining client relationships will be essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Expertise in property and conveyancing law, including residential and commercial transactions
* Strong legal drafting, document review, and case management skills
* Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience with legal software and case management systems
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Qualified solicitor with relevant experience in property law
* Knowledge of additional legal areas, such as wills, probate, or litigation, would be beneficial
