Description
As an Insolvency Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of complex insolvency cases from initiation through to closure. This involves working closely with Insolvency Practitioners, providing support and ensuring compliance at every stage. The role requires a deep understanding of insolvency processes, as well as the ability to handle multiple cases concurrently, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing case progression, implementing best practices, and ensuring that all cases adhere to the highest standards of compliance. You will have the opportunity to develop and refine systems and procedures that enhance our efficiency, while also playing a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills and experience:
Insolvency Experience: Proven experience in a corporate insolvency role, ideally with hands-on knowledge of IPS Cloud (Insolvency Practitioners System) or similar software.
Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements and experience ensuring cases meet these standards.
Report Writing: Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
Stakeholder Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including directors and external partners.
