* 40 hours per week
* Monday - Friday 8 hours shift between 0700 - 1700
* £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
* Perform routine maintenance, minor new works, and plumbing tasks.
* Carry out general building maintenance when required.
* Keep tools, equipment, and PPE in top condition.
* Record time, materials, and progress accurately.
* Support apprentices and work closely with clients & colleagues.
What you bring:
* Completed Mechanical Apprenticeship + NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent).
* Must have plumbing and general maintenance experience.
* Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working safely in a maintenance environment.
* IT literate (Microsoft Office + CMMS).
* Great communicator, able to plan and manage your own workload.
* Must be over 30 and holds UK Driving Licence
