My client, a leading service provider, is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across the South West. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the development and execution of sales strategies to win new contracts across FM services.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
3. Assist in managing the bid process, including writing proposals and coordinating tender submissions.
4. Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth handover and service mobilisation.
Key Requirements:
5. Experience in a business development or sales role within the facilities management or related sector.
6. Good understanding of FM services and commercial practices, including sales pipelines and proposal development.
7. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
8. A proactive mindset with a track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
