Northeast Family Services is seeking experienced Outpatient Therapists to join our growing New Hampshire team! This is a hybrid position that provides therapy in person at our Lancaster office and via telehealth — candidates must be able to do both.

The Outpatient Therapist will assess needs and strengths, develop treatment plans, provide diagnostic evaluations, and deliver treatment services using various styles such as individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy in a hybrid environment, including in-person and telehealth services.
Outpatient Therapist Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in mental health, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field required
* Eligibility for NH License as LICSW, LCMHC, or LMFT required; active license preferred
* Able to maintain NH state professional license; completes required Continuing Education Units (CEs) for renewal
* Ensure billing practices comply with contract requirements
* Meet billable hour requirements per week and pay period
* Conduct intakes, assessments, individual, group, and family therapy, including case management, following professional standards
* Document treatment plans, interventions, and strategies with guidance from clinical supervisors
* Complete all clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system, including diagnostic assessments, action plans, progress notes, and assessment tools
* Demonstrate sound knowledge of clinical theory and practice
* Possess strong organizational and clinical communication skills
* Strong computer literacy
* Pass required background checks
Compensation:
* Hourly rate between $43 and $50, depending on experience and education
