What you'll be doing:
* Supporting individuals with daily activities and personal goals
* Working 1:1 with individuals with complex needs and facilitating group activities
* Participating in activities such as arts, gardening, life skills, cooking, ICT, sensory sessions, hydrotherapy, exercise, performance arts, and learning groups
* Bringing your own interests to make each day engaging
* Providing personal care, assistance with meals, and medication administration as required
* Building genuine connections and promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere
* Encouraging independence and meaningful engagement
