Exciting START-UP Opportunity:
This internship involves working closely with the Munch founder to support the delivery of engaging, interactive social dining experiences at local restaurants. The project combines
event coordination, content creation, and social media editing,
providing a practical, hands-on experience in event management and digital media. Interns will learn how to plan and execute a Munch event from start to finish while contributing to the campus community and our social media presence.
As part of Munch, interns will be involved in an

Key Tasks:
1) Event Coordination (Approx. 4 hours per week)
* Assist in the planning and setup of one Munch event per week.
* Support guest check-in and ensure smooth running of activities such as icebreakers, Munch Cards, and interactive games.
* Learn how to schedule and manage events, coordinate with venues, halls & clubs/societies, as well as create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
2) Campus Content Creation (Approx. 3 hours per week)
* Capture engaging content on campus, including short interviews, student reactions, and fun challenges.
* Contribute ideas for campus content campaigns that reflect Munch's inclusive culture and values.
3) Basic Editing & Social Media Support (Approx. 3 hours per week)
* Edit simple content clips for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms (adding captions, trimming clips, and assembling short videos).
* Assist in publishing content according to the planned social media schedule.
* Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the content creation process.

Expected Outcome:
By the end of the internship, the intern will have assisted in multiple Munch Social events, produced and edited content for social media, and gained a solid understanding of what it takes to coordinate and run interactive student events, while supporting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. They will also have gained first hand experience working in a startup environment, with potential opportunities to continue contributing beyond the internship.
