Job Description Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £28,000 | 40 Hours per Week Beautiful, Purpose-Built Setting | Discounted Childcare | Birthday Off | Wellbeing Support Our client, a welcoming and well-established nursery with a Good Ofsted rating, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) based in a beautiful nursery that provides high-quality childcare and early years education to children aged three months to five years. The nursery is designed to support every child’s growth, curiosity, and happiness — and they’re looking for someone who shares that vision. As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be part of a nurturing and collaborative team providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment. You'll support children in all areas of learning and development through play, planning, and positive interaction. What They're Looking For A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential Experience working with children aged 0–5 years in a nursery or childcare setting A genuine passion for supporting early development A caring, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development Strong communication and observation skills What’s in It for You?
