Assess student progress through business plans, presentations, and written work, providing detailed feedback to support their development. Organize and lead business-related activities, such as enterprise challenges, visits to local businesses, and work experience placements, promoting student engagement and industry connections. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong Business subject knowledge, including business theory, economics, and entrepreneurship. Demonstrated experience teaching Business to A-Level, with a focus on both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
