Job Title: Senior Care Worker Location: Shetland Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum Hours: 38.5 hours per week Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Worker to join our team in Shetland. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and the development of individualized care plans for the elderly. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and allocate tasks effectively among care staff. - Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality care. - Deliver person-centered care and develop care plans. - Support residents with personal care and daily activities. - Administer medication in accordance with policy. Requirements: - Experienced care professional with SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. - Must have a Christian faith and be able to uphold a Christian ethos. - Membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC is required. - Proven experience in elderly care and senior care worker roles.
