Job Summary: CCS is looking to appoint a Delivery Manager to manage one or more agile projects, delivering specific products, technical solutions, or transformations through a multidisciplinary, highly skilled team. This role involves high-profile work with significant engagement at the board level.
Responsibilities
* Deliver digital projects and products using agile methodologies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, ensuring projects are monitored and delivered against milestones.
* Understand policy and operational issues affecting digital project delivery and share knowledge across the Portfolio Office.
* Manage risks and issues, proposing mitigating actions and escalating as necessary.
* Report on digital delivery progress to the Senior Delivery Manager.
* Manage dependencies across technical products and collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
* Resolve technical and digital problems, issues, and risks.
* Work with the Business Relationship team to understand customer requirements and ensure delivery meets outcomes.
* Prepare briefing materials and plans for delivery planning and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience in delivering small digital projects or work streams in the public or private sector.
* Experience in small team leadership and project/delivery management in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
* Knowledge of agile delivery techniques (SCRUM) and ITIL4 processes.
