Field Service Manager, Brackley – Stannah

As the Field Service Manager you will drive operational excellence and exceed business goals. You’ll lead a team of skilled Lift Engineers, guiding them to achieve targets for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), LOLER defects and call‑outs throughout the branch’s area. You’ll shape and inspire your team to consistently deliver exceptional service while meeting our health and safety standards. This role is a great progression opportunity for a Lift Engineer moving into management.
Full UK driving licence required; based from the Brackley Service Branch with travel across Oxford, Reading and Luton.

Responsibilities
* Efficiently plan Lift Engineer workloads
* Manage absence, performance and appraisals for the team
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures, conduct risk assessments and method statements
* Carry out regular site monitoring
* Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints
* Maintain credit control logs and CRM
Qualifications
* Previous experience within the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
* Relevant technical or management qualifications desirable
* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering
