🎯 What you’ll be doing
* Define and execute a best-in-class social & community strategy (paid + organic)
* Turn content into a measurable growth channel, not just brand output
* Build a community-led brand experience that drives loyalty and advocacy
* Lead and develop a team of social managers, content creators, and community specialists
* Assess and evolve team structure as the function scales
* Partner with growth/performance teams to connect content → conversion
* Drive a culture of testing, learning, and scaling what works
👀 What we’re looking for
You’re likely already operating at Head of / Lead level, or a high-impact Senior Manager ready to step up.
* You’ve scaled social channels with clear, measurable success (engagement, growth, performance)
* You understand how to balance creative excellence with commercial outcomes
* You’ve worked in a fast-paced consumer/DTC environment
* You’re a hands-on leader — strategic when needed, but not afraid to get into execution
* You’ve led or mentored teams and can build structure as well as strategy
* You care about building brands that people genuinely engage with
