To manage the Group fleet administration function and working closely with the Driver and Fleet Administrator Manager to contribute to ensuring continued Safe, Compliant and Efficient transport operations throughout the company. Primary responsibilities include Operator License Management, Drivers hours and License Management, Vehicular Incident and Insurance Management and general fleet administration tasks. This is a full time role, based at our Wakefield office. As a Driver & Fleet Administrator you will Fleet administration management of 600 vehicles in the Group business. ? Management of Operators Licence(s). ? Understanding of DVSA / OTC /DfT Regulations and Requirements. ? Compliance with transport legislation and transport safety legislation (drivers hours and vehicle checks).? Accident, Incident and Insurance Management. ? System Management. ? Telematics Management including reporting. ? Fuel card Management. ? V5, RFL, PCN and speeding notification Management. ? Driver on-boarding. ? Ability to communicate confidently and appropriately with colleagues, management, contractors, and clients. About you ? You will have experience in a similar role where you can use your experience to its full potential! Understanding EU driver hours, GB Domestic hours and Working Time Directive is important for this position along with ?some experience in management of telematic systems and associated reporting. ?You will be professional and positive able to work alone and part of a team!
