We have a long-standing UK/EU presence across Life Sciences and Engineering and are now firmly in Phase 2 of our U.S. expansion. We’re not just building desks — we’re carving out specialist verticals in some of the most lucrative, high-growth technical markets.
One of our biggest opportunities sits within the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) space — particularly across Product Safety, Reliability, and Environmental Testing. This is a fast-growing, highly regulated engineering sector with strong investment, consistent hiring demand, and real headroom to build a dominant niche.

Who We’re Looking For
• Proven 360 Recruitment Consultant (Life Sciences, Engineering, Technology or TIC experience beneficial)
• Strong business development skills and a track record of billing success
• Commercially driven and BD-focused mindset
• Someone motivated by building a niche with real ownership, rather than stepping into a fully saturated desk
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and modern sourcing methods
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
