Base pay range
This is your chance to step into a dynamic management role with this world leading business as RF Team Leader!
What You'll Do:
1. Lead & Mentor: Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth.
2. Innovate & Design: Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.
3. Collaborate & Solve: Work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals.
Your Skills:
1. Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
2. Extensive experience in RF design and development.
3. In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
4. Demonstrable leadership experience – undertaking people management and mentoring teams.
5. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
