Engineering Supplier Transfer / NPI Specialist / Compliance Engineer

We’re looking for someone who understands how to safely transfer products into production — working at the intersection of engineering, suppliers, and quality.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading work transfer activities between suppliers and manufacturing sites
* Supporting NPI / NPD introduction into production environments
* Managing APQP / PPAP processes to ensure supplier readiness
* Working closely with engineering teams on drawings, specifications, and validation
* Driving supplier readiness through risk reviews, compliance checks, and governance
* Ensuring continuity of supply during complex product transfers
Experience you can show
* Experience in NPI / NPD, supplier development, or manufacturing engineering
* Exposure to APQP, PPAP, or similar structured quality processes
* Background in aerospace, automotive, defence, or regulated manufacturing
* Strong ability to work across engineering, quality, and supply chain
* Experience managing supplier onboarding, transfers, or industrialisation
Experience in aerospace, defence, engineering manufacturing, or regulated environments would be beneficial.
