Overview
Location: On-the-road in London & surrounding areas.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pump Service Engineer to join the team at 24hr Aquaflow Services.
You'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our products. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on pump equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimise downtime.
* Servicing, repairing, replacing and completing fit outs for pump station.
* Maintaining accurate records of service activities - including reports on repairs and customer interactions.
* Collaborating with the engineering team to improve product designs based on customer feedback.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
About you
You'll have:
* Proven experience as a Pump Service Engineer or in a similar technical role (preferred).
* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
* Experience with diagnostic tools and software related to equipment maintenance.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel to client sites.
* Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field are desirable but not mandatory.
