2. have experience in working in a professional kitchen, or in a food or product development environment
3. have some experience in recipe creation, development and writing
4. are exceptionally organised, with experience of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
5. are meticulous, with an eye for detail
6. are a team player with demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively across departments, both internally and externally
7. can provide, and receive, constructive feedback during group recipe discussions
8. are proficient in data analysis and reporting, and can interpret data to build insights and support informed decision making.
